Awards & Presentations


Juniors Awards are presented at each age groups (U11, U13, U15 & U17) respective presentation event which takes place towards the end of the season each year. Note that this does not include NSG.

The Coach and/or manager of each team will nominate for the 3 awards.
​
Awards that are presented are as follows.

Best & Fariest - Your best player

Runner up Best & Fariest - runner up best player

Coaches Award - some one who shows great potantial and heart both on and off the court.
Junior
Awards
Senior Awards are presented each year at the U17 & Senior presentation event which takes place towards the end of the season each year.
Awards that are presented are as follows.

MVP Player - Most valuable player in your team.

Players Player - The player who has been the best team player not only on the court but off the court for the duration of the season. Great attitude, a willingness to help the club and the team makes a great players player. The way a lot of teams usually decide on this award is by doing a 3, 2, 1 voting system with in their team. 3 being the largest number of votes.
Senior
Awards
​Each year we present the Good Sports Award and the Julie Kellam Award to a couple of outstanding contributors to our Club.
Each year we also take nominations for Life members. Life members may be awarded for outstanding & devoted service to the Association.

Good Sports Award
The good sports award is for someone who displays Sportsmanship, they are a fair and involved member both on and off the field. They also represent the qualities of the good sports program including confidence, caring and Leadership. The winner of this award is dedicated to keeping the club a healthy and safe environment that is welcoming to all people.
Julie Kellam Award
The Award recognises outstanding commitment and contribution to our club. This award is our Volunteer of the Year award.
Life Member
Life membership may be awarded for outstanding & devoted service to the Association, for a period of not less than 7 years. Nominations for life membership must be received in writing by the committee and must be endorsed by two members of the Association.

Award
Each Year Netball NT to seek nominations from the wider netball community for the recognition of people within the netball fraternity for both Service Excellence Awards and Netball NT Life Membership.
